Beth is not your typical tiger kitty. She’s a Picasso painting come to life. In addition to black and gray stripes (which she has), she also has diamonds, triangles, circles, ovals and squiggles. She’s a one-of-a-kind work of art! With such a wild pelt, you might expect her to be stuck-up and aggressive. She’s anything but.
You will find her to be gentle and loving, never mean or aggressive, but definitely a bit shy at first if you reach for her too quickly. But , when she knows you have something tasty, she will meow quite loudly for your attention and play the starving child trying to get you to give her a taste.
In a quiet caring home, we are sure Beth will continue to blossom. Beth came to us in 2010 as a 6-month old. She was discovered alone and scared in someone’s yard up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. She’s been with us ever since, living compatibly in a room with many other cats. We would love for her to be adopted with LYNX another striped kitty, since they are very bonded and it is a joy to see them curled up together mixing stripes with swirls creating a painting worth more than money can buy.
Beth is still waiting for her special someone. She is not a sit-in-your-lap kind of girl, but she is comfortable being petted by our staff. She would like a quiet home where she can just be who she is.
